High-pressure mist systems have been used efficiently for outdoor cooling for decades (easy cool – gentle – cooling). Our systems can reduce outside temperatures by up to 10 degrees Celsius with virtually no perceptible increase in relative humidity. The possible applications are diverse and include gastro / restaurants, amusement parks, hotels and resorts as well as spectator stages, tennis courts, golf courses, boats and mobile homes, courtyards, terraces, balconies and many more examples.

Odor and dust control

High-pressure mist systems are ideal for humidifying and neutralizing odors from solid waste recycling plants, microbial decomposition of animal waste, and harmful volatile compounds. The mist systems can even be used to economically eliminate workplace-specific odors and dust. They can be used inside and outside.

Mistscaping (fog effects)

The high-pressure mist enables sophisticated fog effects for outdoor and indoor applications. With a high-pressure pump and the specially developed risers from Raintime, any garden can be transformed into a cool and effective garden landscape.

High pressure misting systems are ideal for solving high temperature and/or low humidity problems. These systems have been used for humidification in greenhouses and conservatories for decades and can be operated efficiently all year round.

Air humidification

• Ensures the correct equilibrium moisture content
• Ensures ideal humidity levels in the air

There are many commercial and industrial applications where artificially controlled humidity can provide a significant improvement in overall operations. Setting and maintaining humidity, temperature and air exchange standards for operations increases overall profitability. For example, when storing wine, increasing the relative humidity can greatly reduce evaporation of the wine through the oak barrels.

High-pressure fans

Use the increased and targeted cooling effect for humidification and dust binding through the combination of high-pressure nebulization with fans. Even larger areas can be covered with fog quickly and evenly with little installation effort. All high-pressure fan systems can be set up mobile and fixed.

Climate Zone controller

The company’s technicians have developed an innovative modular control unit for high-pressure mist systems, which enables simultaneous temperature control, air humidification and odor and dust control of different climate and air areas. The visualization of the high-pressure misting system in operating mode is now possible with the new system at any time and from anywhere via an existing internet connection.
