In August, the second hedge-cut of the summer usually takes place. After the first pruning of the hedge at the end of June, some trees will be strong again, so that privet, hornbeam and beech can be cut into shape again.

Fruit trees
Especially fruit trees are very sensitive to diseases, so beautiful and smooth cuts are very important, because a smooth cut prevents the ingress of diseases. Saw branches that grow inward and all branches sick or damaged. For large wounds you should use wound dressing.

At the end of August you should once again provide lawn care with lawn fertilizer. Fertilization makes the turf denser and, in the best case, reduces weeds.
